Challenge

To increase sampling in-box partnerships to drive revenue from brands and to enhance the customer experience of the HelloFresh Customer. Create the 'surprise and delight' opportunity for customers.

Our Strategy

Using our network of relationships, we sourced a variety of FMCG, Personal Care, Retail, Cleaning and Beauty Partners as core targets. We positioned this as a great way to sample NPD, but also for residual stock. Wider angles included supplementing the experience and providing extra value to the Hello Fresh subscription.

Result (in first four months)

£300,000 in proposed revenue from brands who seek to sample their products at the average HelloFresh customer and activate in-home.
