Merrell needed support developing a content strategy & editorial calendar, with the brand needing a more digital and data-driven ways-of-working.

What we did

Ingenuity+ developed a Discovery Day brief to bring to life the brand’s future social ambitions. Ingenuity+ distilled a set of agency skills and criteria to identify the list of possible agencies, as well as three core questions to spark discussion on the day and bring to life each agency’s suitability. Our work included full project management before during and after the final Discovery Day sessions.

Outcome

Merrell choose two agencies to work with following the Discovery Day. One agency demonstrated strong strategic thinking while another earned trust in its ability to run an efficient social marketing function.
