Yorkshire Tea, the UK’s largest tea brand, needed to find an agency who could help them hold and grow market share while increasing brand fame, cultural relevance and advocacy. It was important the agency could create digital-first creative for low-attention environments, as well as being a market leader in integrating comms with ecommerce.

What we did

Ingenuity+ identified the solution required an agency with FMCG expertise and a challenger brand mentality to extend “Where Everything’s Done Proper” into shareable, digital-first formats, reinvigorate the website and evolve social strategy. We proposed a Pitch-Lite, short form pitch process, with full project management support and got to work.
