Business Challenge

Nomad Foods operated a localised creative model in support of a wide-ranging product portfolio. To aide business growth the need was identified to create a Centre of Excellence for global creativity to maximise performance best practice and reduce complexity. As well as power brands the portfolio includes many local hero brands with distinctive brand assets which are famous in terms of awareness and sales in some, but not all, global markets.

What we did

Nomad Foods briefed Ingenuity+ to gain a detailed understanding of the options available for agency models to support their complex and wide business portfolio across multiple markets. Once complete we identified a recommended long list of market-leading agencies, before short-listing them and then project managing a full end-to-end pitch process including commercial terms.

Outcome

HAVAS appointed as the new pan-European creative partner with a focus on strategy and campaigns targeting the six largest markets Nomad operates in. Work has now been successfully created for multiple brands and markets.
